On this tour you can expect to be shown around our own back yard, the second largest open space in Southern England.
We have a mixed array of tracks and trails, ranging from tight and twisty to broad and open, moorland and stony to woody and loamy. You can expect views for miles or just what is right in front in of you.
What we can guarantee is the best trail and local knowledge of the tracks in this area. We shall traverse Dartmoor from one side to the other. On the overnight stop you will have the opportunity to eat at a local pub serving up local food and real ales and ciders.
Alternatively you can chill at the camp spot, hopefully admiring the unbroken sky and its stars.
Devon Coast to Coast
On this tour you can expect to cover this vast county over three days. Devon is the only county to have coastline along its entire north and south edges.
That means we will cover a vast array of wondrous and beautiful areas with such contrasts from day to day.
Devon is renowned for its spectacular coastline, beautiful beaches and of course the Devonshire cream tea which we shall at no doubt find time to sample along the way. Besides the amazing coastlines of this county, there are also two national parks, of which we shall sample parts of each.
We have hand picked two of our favourite spots to stay at for our overnight camps, but there are plenty of local B&B or cottages if you wish for more comfort and luxury.
